Summary

I chose conservation as a way to learn and get closer to the historical objects that I have seen and read about for years. As interesting as going to a museum is, the experience of working with objects hands-on inspired me to take this journey on.  

Career Aspirations 

 After graduation, I am planning on enrolling in a jewellery and metalwork school to be able to learn the key hands-on skills required to make and fix jewellery. This will help me with my final goal of working with and conserving historical pieces of jewellery and decorative metal work, whether that be in a private workshop or museum.
